The Orchards Hotel features award winning Gala Steakhouse & Bistro. The talented Chef Chris Bonnivier offers the most creative and sumptuous dining in the Northern Berkshires. Gala is sure to delight your palate with its traditional Steakhouse fare coupled with specialty dishes which reflect our philosophy of organic, locally grown products whenever possible. Full breakfast is served daily in the Dining Room from 7:00AM to 10:15AM, until 12pm on Saturdays, and 12:30pm on Sunday.

Dinner, an event in its own right, is served from 5:00PM to 9:00PM Daily and light fare is available until 11 Friday & Saturday.
