The Orchards Hotel offers distinctive meeting, banquet, and event facilities in the Berkshires. Totaling 3100 square feet, the Hotel’s five conference and banquet facilities can host groups from five to one hundred fifty. An experienced conference and special events staff is available for consultation and planning, as well as coordination of the latest audiovisual services. Chandler Room

The Chandler Room offers 600 square feet of space, natural light, and state of the art technology, in addition to individual control of lighting, sound and temperature. Furthermore, a foyer is located just outside the meeting/banquet space featuring comfortable furnishings.

Food and beverage may be displayed in the foyer area for group convenience. The Chandler Room was fully refurbished in November 2001.

The Sawyer Room is an intimate Board Room with leather Directors' Chairs and an elegant mahogany table. It offers 240 square feet of space and an adjoining foyer with comfortable furnishings ideal for coffee breaks and light buffet meals. Free Wi-Fi, Full wall pin-board, speakerphone access, and 42” LCD/HD television.

The Baxter Room is a charming room ideal for small meetings or private dinners. It offers 180 square feet of space and an adjoining foyer with comfortable furnishings ideal for coffee breaks and light buffet meals.
