A Berkshire born native, Chef Bonnivier received his formal training at Johnson & Wales University, Providence RI, and then escalating into high level kitchen positions in France’s acclaimed “Moulin de Mougins Restaurant” and also at some of the finest hotels and restaurants in the United States.

A member of Berkshire Grown, Orchards Catering proudly utilizes as much locally grown, produced and organic products as possible. Seasonal offerings are a large part of making Orchards Catering the right choice for those with discriminating taste and appreciation for unique and individualized menus.

With years of experience, including several seasons as the Director of Catering at Tanglewood, Orchards Catering Manager, Rebecca Lennon approaches each event with enthusiasm. She enjoys spending time with you to discover how to make your event reflect your personality, tastes, and ideas to make each event a success.
