The four course dinnner will have a beer and wine paired to compliment.  Try each one, and  you be the judge....better with the beer, the wine or both?

Dinner begins at 6:30p with a cheese tasting for 2.  A heart shaped old Chatham Sheepherding Company camembert, tyme infused Rawson Brooke Farm Goat Cheese, Cricket Creek Farm Tobasi Cheese, and Berkshire Blue, served with cognac souse vide apricots, quince terrine and house made mission fig mustarda, and grilled artisan bread. 

Next, enjoy a Black Pepper Crusted Colorado Lamb Carpaccio with toasted peanut oil, tryed garlic, grilled frissee, nicoise olive tapenade, stout caramelized ciopolini onion aioli, and a 20 year aged balsamic extra virgin olive oil
For your entree, a Pinot Noir Marinated East Mountain Farm cedar planked brix chicken, grilled wild boar bacon and asiago cheese polenta, duck prosciutto and foie gras doughnuts, and a Japanese sweet potato and baby fennel hash
Dessert,  the best part of the meal, is a Valhrona Chocolate Tasting,....pate de noisette hot chocolate, chocolate pyramid green tea mousse, hand rolled truffles and a mini chocolate lavender creme caramel

Date Night Package is available all year!   Holidays may be excluded.  We reserve the right to increase the price of this package at any time.

Package is based upon double occupancy.  The Date Night package rate excludes taxes and gratuities.  The Date Night Package includes Berkshire, Courtyard, & Fireplace rooms only.  Superior rooms and suite is not included at this rate.
